I don't understand your post... can you please explain specifically what you are saying. The valve that has worked previously was a plunger, body style... but you could be right. Please tell me your thoughts...

The valve must be H2O2 compatiable, seal and rings and all. Positive shutoff at the end of the stroke, low breakout and running friction to allow smooth throttling action. The valve should be of a plunger, spool and body type.
Any ideas... I would appreciate them...
