Yes this is a cavity wall system with brick veneer sitting on the brick ledge of the slab. It has wood framing behind it. The house is about 30 years old. It appears that the everywhere the inspector pushed the wall was moving inward.

Anyone have any recommendation on drilling holes through post-tensioned concrete walls for pipe penetrations. What would be the criteria for the maximum sizes and number of holes that can be drilled in the wall as long as the strands are not affected? Any way to reinforce the holes?
