    So I just opened up Solidworks and those question marks on gone now. I don't know what I did, but some how it fixed itself. That was really bizarre.

    TheTick, I know what you're referring to (it appears in Feature Manager), but no it's not that; it is an individual part. It's actually a massive question mark sitting in the middle of the sketch field.
