I am doing some pressure surge calculation for a Jetfuel pumping station. For modeling of system, It is be assumed that jetfuel has same properties as kerosene. The piping is of carbon steel.
could someone suggest how to calculate the wavespeed of the kerosene in the piping....?

In future the tank should be used for N2 blanketing.
So the concern is to size the vent in such a way that the tank can be used for both puposes.
