    Cooling Towers -Indoor In-slab Sump

    Does anybody know a source of information on designing indoor buffering tanks for cooling tower water? I found a pdf from Delta Cooling Towers about sizing the tank to store 3X the system circulation rate. Any help would be appreciated.
