    If I put the iif(1,5,10) statement in direction D1 of the extrude feature it evaluates to 5.

    Hmm. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Solidworks. There were no errors. How would I know if there is an error with VBA installation? I have read the attache thread. It isn't really the same behavoir.

    This shouldn't matter (I checked anyways) since I have the dimension of the extrusion set to "Rail_length" : "Rail_length" = 20 "D1@Boss-Extrude1" = "Rail_length" What concerns me is that I can't set any global variables. I have no idea why this could be.
