I use from interaction between bolt-bolt holes, should the bolt diameter be smaller than hole diameter?
can you help me in "EDIT INTERACTION" window,I used from small sliding but what should I do in "CLEARANCE" tab?

According to manual if the diameter of the bolt and hole are the same we can use constraint contact like tie but if the diameter of bolt is less that the hole we should use interaction like surface-to-surface interaction,am I right?

Thanks for you message but when we consider surface-to-surface interaction with hard contact in normal behavior after runnig,the program leave with this error:" there are too many attempts with this increment", how can I solve this problem?

My problem is in determining interaction between bolt and hole.should we consider surface to surface contact between bolt surface and hole surface? or tie constraint between two surfaces?please help me.
