thank you for your comments. after thorough investigation and several testing, we found out that the exhaust piping during hot condition pushes the turbine so we need to install a new support to reinforce the piping.

The connection of Tripper tower in between the 2 boiler buildings are fixed. how can i compute for the displacement when the 2 boilers moving horizontally (same or opposite in direction)?
In Embedment Design Example of ACI 349 (Guide to the Concrete Design Method) the load Nu is the applied factored external load using load factors from "APPENDIX C" of the Code.
But the Book has only Appendix A,B&D. Where can i find the "APPENDIX C?" thank you very much.
