Indeed I'm looking for a nitriding steel, and my first choice was A355/nitralloy; wire is not necessary a requirement, we'll have someone else to take care of drawing it. The issue that I have is that our buyer complains about not being able to get it on the NA...
Anyone knows a good NA equivalent for 34CrAlMo5 that is easily available on the US market? It also needs to be cold drawn wire ~4.5 mm, and I'm talking about a large quantity.
I already know about A355, but I can not find a good source for it.
