Needing to export some files to STEP, but running into a wall.
When exporting an IGES, it lets you select a WCS (which it sets as absolute when you import it) so the parts come in at 0,0,0. The STEP export routine doesn't have this option as far as I can tell.

Is there an easy way to extrude something like a lattice around a tube, including bends? 3D printing can produce some crazy geometry, but I am having a tough time figuring out a way to model something like this.
