any idea of when VSR will be approved for ASME code requirements for stress relief. I know NASA and the Federal Government have used VSR on heavy welded structures, so why not ASME b&PVs?

nerdse, the test panel would be a very viable alternative. but comparing with published results would involve HAVING published results using indadequate connections.
