    Chinese Error Message

    RE: thread559-226021 I received the same exact Chinese error message today when loading an assembly. I have gotten it a few times in the past and cannot determine the cause or get it to repeat. I am using SW2009 x64 SP5.1. Apparently SW has not fixed this issue yet.
