    One of us is not understanding the question. Tduong - are you trying to make card guides direct into a sheetmetal enclosure - to avoid extra piece parts, or to make metal card guides to rivet/weld/clip into something ? I have only ever used plastic guides from Richco and similar. Steve

    Gear profile generation

    We fairly regularly design assemblies using moulded gears. Is there a program or plugin available (compatible with Pro E) that will generate the gear tooth profiles from basic data ((ie pcd, module, No of teeth etc) which can be used directly or imported into sketcher as say a dxf file ? Thanx

    Many moons ago I got a good set of tables in a Worthington Simpson (?) pump catalogue. If they are still around that might be an option - or other pump manufacturers
