Thank you again, I have contacted CSEI direct to ask the question.
It looks as though a vessel we are manufacturing will be registered before our certificates expires BUT the Hydro Test and Shipping will be AFTER our expiration date.
Hopefully i will receive 'The official word'...

From what you are saying we are far better manufacturing and shipping to enter China BEFORE the lapse of our License!
I am still reading through the handbooks (the Green Book) to see if it says anything but i doubt...

We have decided to allow our China Manufacturing License expire due to cost compared to revenue which it generates.
