Yes, moving the surface with smaller increments seems to work. The edge that had the highlighted problem is a compound curve surface. Obviously ( well now anyway )Keycreator had a problem filling in the gap produced by the other moving surface. Thanks for the suggestion!

I have a surface that I can offset the face in the positive direction. But when I try to offset in the negative, Keycreator responds with : no loop through new edges and vertices. I have tried several techniques to move this surface with no luck... Suggestions..
