The model includes two washers at the top and the bottom of a rubber.
INSIDE the rubber was an axis and the rubber is fixed from the outside by a ring.
the loads are a radial displacement of the axis along Ur then precompression of two...
yes, i runned a simple problem.
but i want to introduce a load spectrum with more than 100 load conditions.
I am told that i should use long block file.

I'm trying to use NASGRO in order to simulate the crack growth evolution i don't success to put my own spectrum in a file (long block file).
I don't know what is the structure of this file?
