After much more comprehensive reading I found that deformation controlled component only for members that mentioned in the acceptance criteria table. Other than that, component should be defined as force controlled. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
Need help to determining which component should be defined as deformation or force controlled for linear procedure. Should I simulate every section to see the load-deformation diagram or there is a rule of thumb?

Modelling ASCE 41-17 based nonlinear moment frame structure incorporating 5 meter wide shear wall in ETABS, but shear wall plastic hinge only available in frame assignment. Do I need to model the wall as frame? If so, should I use single wide column or multiple slender column?

I'am currently modelling a 20 story apartment building (see image). But I notice that the modal mass participating ratio is already 90% at 12th mode shape. Is this reasonable? (I'am a student so my engineering sense isn't there yet)
