Had recently the same problem, sended data in a step. file to our supplier, they added and changed some things in inventor with it and I received a step. file back.
Everywhere those spears, took a bit more time but removed all of them. Goes quick enough when you get the hang of it.
Well currently they 'clunk' already against other parts, which gives basically squeak and rattle noises. A bus is relatively not very stiff, so it can twist and bend a lot.
That's why already enough tapes should be added, so that parts connecting sometimes are less likely to produce noise...
