Its a finnpower lc6, and The trouble i have is that when
I run the nozzel calibration rutin on the machin it first goes
Down to feel the sheet and then go to nozzel lost and when it
Go down to 15 mm over sheet it stop and say calibration error,
Think it has something to do with the precitec box...

Is there anyone here that knows how to calibrate a precitec 8010 box.
What menu should i enter. Know there is one called " nozzel lost", could it be this one? If not what does that menu do?
How many hours do you run the machine befor cleaning and later replacing your mirrors inside your beam tube? got a finnpower lc6 where the sheetmetal is moved around so i only got like 2 mirrors inside the tube but i dont think they ever been changed and the machine has been runing for 5000h.
Thanks, well i think i will try to get someone to show how its done then. Got issues with cutting if i got long pices and the tension in the sheetmetal pulls it up.
how importent is it that the beam is in a straight line from last mirror to lens? its like this, if i shoot a alignment shoot with nozzel at sheetmetal level the beam is in center but if i move the head up about 60 mm the beam is off with 0,3 mm( a little more then the beam). The guy that is...
