    Thank you for your reply, and tip! Yes we are using refile utility. Setting the UGII_LOAD_OPTIONS works

    Refile > Load No Components

    For refiling (NX4 > NX6) we want to enable a revision rule which should "Load No Components", so assemblies will be "quickly" retrieved and saved by refile process. Question: has to make sure that refile process is using this revision rule? any tips?
