    I will dinjin. As you said -lots of farmers and quarry/mine fitters have welded stuff like this. I used to be a rep for Strata - Repair and Maintenance Alloys, and have demonstrated their product to many a fitter and engineer, with great results. I'll keep you posted how it all goes,thanks.
