Is there a standard that says you are able to discount part of the mixture that make up less than 10% of the total? Maybe a NFPA standard?

In this thread (the last post) a poster by the name of jcaiken said:
"One standard (can't remember which) identifies that the impact of gas components less than 10% by vol can be discounted but the overall AIT should then be based on the lowest component...

I have taken a look at the NEC again and tried to figure these out. I agree, dpc, the non-metallic wireway seems to be the best fit.
This installation is in an industrial setting, so the NEC applies.

We are using a precast trench (i.e. Trenwa) for 2 circuits of 4 sets of 3/c 350kcmil, copper. We are trying to figure out which table in the code would be applicable for the ampacity. It is not exactly in cable...
