    i AM A CANADIAN FIXTURE MANUFACTURER IN CANADA 240V BALLASTS MUST HAVE AN ISOLATED SECONDARY IN ORDER TO HAVE CSA CERTIFICATION. DOES THE SAME HOLD TRUE WITH THE UL CODE. WILL UL BE VOIDED IF I PREWIRE A QUAD TAP BALLAST TO 240V ARE THERE ANY REGULATIONS?
