Material of construction for low pH abrasive slurry

Material of construction for low pH abrasive slurry
Any suggestion on material to be used for application with carbonates and silica slurry (S.G. 1.2 and pH 1.2-1.8, average 1.4)? Will CD4MCu for wetted parts be a good choice? Thank you.- acmp

Non sparking belt guard
I have been asked to provide a non sparking belt guard. Someone told me to make it out of Aluminium. Do I need to use Aluminium fasteners on the guard as well? I worry Aluminium is too soft to hold things together. Can I use regular steel fasteners? Thanks.- acmp
