What are your biggest frustrations about work?
chafer (materials) I have 11 holidays a year. Started the job 6yrs.ago with 3 wks. vacation (a year), that's not to shabby. I agree with MVD about employees always lying about how good their work is and the management beleives them. The management doesn't see how much of this work I have...- schafer
