    3D BEND to ANSI B16.9 Dimensions

    Does ANSI B16.9 explicitly state geometry of 3D bends, ie. shall nominal or outer diameter apply to the bending radius? Or must this be specified by the buyer? I would be happy if a possible explicit statement of this could be referred to. Regards, Espen
