I am sorry that i did not provide enough info on the engine. The engine is a 3.8 Supercharged Ford,it uses a roots M-90 blower. The blower in its stock form flows about 500cfm at max boost levels,my ported blower flows 700cfm.The motor has been stroked to a 4.2l displacement, the major restrictions...
If you increase the size of your engine due to stroking then your stock plenum would be smaller than it should be especially if your blower is ported for more air flow and improved boost due to a smaller pulley.I believe that the optimum size of plenum for a supercharged engine is 80-90% of...
What if the blower is a roots pos disp blower and the intake is a plenum (no runners)if the size of the plenum is enlarged the heat of the air would be reduced since the air would not be compressed as much.Would this be a logical solution.
