how to load the schedule with budgeted costs
I am new in Project Scheduling; I need to know the standard practice to load cost and resources where the resources have fixed cost for each WBS (group of activities)/phase/category . The project is a fixed cost project. The resources are crews but no cost per hour or per day is provided only...- ashar786
