    new user login--DT Messaging error

    I'm trying to add a new catia user and when they log on they get an DT Messaging System could not be started error. I've followed all of the directions as far as failsafe, check dns, check hosts, passwd, etc and still have no luck. If i leave the error up, the desktop will eventually come up...
