    Machining for a seal fit.

    Any machinist should be able to hit this tolerance. Especially if it's a "one of" situation. CNC equipment can repeatedly do this all day long. If this is a regular lip seal,this tolerance req.is probably a typo.Four tenthousandths is not necessary for proper sealing action
