Does anyone know of software or how to model an organic rankine cycle?

I would consider any expander type but am having difficulty finding a small one in the 50 kW to 100 kW range that will operate at 300 F and 350 psi. This is an organic rankine cycle we are making for extracting heat from large engine exhausts. Any ideas?

Agiraias how much water do you have at that temperature? Where is it located? Are you wanting to sell the power generated ack to the grid or just use it to suppliment your own?
