The only NASTRAN window I can open is the one where you pick the data deck to run. How do you access the editor?

Are there any keywords which can be used in NASTRAN to avoid having it beep whenever a run completes? I am running a laptop at work with a very loud system speaker, which I can't disable since I don't have administrator rights. Thanks

Are there any general guidelines as to when to use a non-linear analysis vs. a linear analysis? I don't mean code specific or structure specific...for example if your out of plane deflection exceeds x percent of your part thickness, things of that nature. Thanks

Hello, I am currently trying to output MPC forces at an RBE2 element in one of my models. In the Analysis->Case Control window I have activated both the MPC force and the Constraint eqns option. When I try to list the output selecting Nastran MPC forces no values are generated. I am still...
