Residential Condenser Evaporative Precooler
Pretty cool idea but I guess it would depend on how dry your area stayed, we have an average of 85%-90% humidity in our area. Ive thought of ideas like extra coils and fan assemblies pre-condenser but it would have to take some head pressure valves to work. So far though nothing beats...- Lance7

Heat Transfer Efficiency
We demonstrate this all the time at work in all our tall buildings. Simply by shutting all the Air-handlers down watching the chill-water fall to its presetting at the chiller and the chiller goes idle to its lowest amps.
