Shipping Plug Torque Values
We use a lot of plastic threaded plugs with o-rings in inlet/outlet ports of our pumps/fluid motors. We have had problems with operators overtightening to the point that plastic shards are retained in port threads. Also, operators strip caps with steel plugs. Customer no like!
