Heat transfer through soil
Im trying to understand the heat model of a house. This is a geodesic dome 20 m in diameter, shaped like half a sphere. Most of the ground inside will be left as dirt/lawn, some will have concrete on top. This is in the tropics but near the mountains, so the temperature varies some. Summer days...- bjomor

Specular and diffuse reflection
Im trying to dig into the details of specular and diffuse reflection. Is diffuse reflection always distibuted uniformly in all directions? In other words, when light hits a white paper, will it bounce off equally in all directions +/-90 degrees? If not, does it depend on the angle of incidence...- bjomor
