I like the non-mechanical setup as well... or use one of those slick trash/pollutant collection wells with an appropriate overflow setup... Perhaps one with the pervious disposable filter that is used to grab grease/oils etc for disposal at a regular interval. I can't imaging your sanitary...- NUMA23
