How is a large knock-out panel for a future opening, say 10'x10' door, typically constructed in an exterior concrete tilt wall panel. Obviously, the panel must be designed for the opening but how can the concrete for the door be easily removed and from the correct location?
When should the roof live load be non reducible? It is reducible per IBC 2003 and 2006 for structural elements with tributary area over 200 sf. I see no reference to when a structures roof live load should not be reducible if the tributary area is over 200 SF.

In the IBC 2003, I don't believe OMF will apply to your situation. The 15 psf floor issue is for footnote i which is for SDC D, E and F. (difers from IBC 2000)
