Diso, Glad I could help. What was the solution? I’m still struggling here on one of my XP SP2 systems and IBM is lost to what can be causing the issue. Was your system an upgrade to SP2 or was it a new install? Thanks.- MikeY3D

Companion installation problem
Diso, I’m also having issue with Companion, R12 and R13 and have been in touch with IBM with some success. From what you are describing it is the same issue that I have seen when you do not have Microsoft Virtual Machine set up correctly. If you are running Windows 2000 or have upgrade to XP...- MikeY3D
