    Tubocharger, meets Venturi ???

Yes I can play around the computer, fuel and spark curves ect. That is just icing on the cake here. and 45psi exhuast manifold pressure isn't all that extrodinary. my set up is a 2.5 liter SOHC engine with a t3 garret turbo .42 a/r commpressor and .48 a/r turbine. with a little touch up to...

    Tubocharger, meets Venturi ???

That seems to be the most given reponse. So if that is true (I'll have to do some numbers later and find out a good estimate of what volume and air speed is in my exhuast pipe) So if it won't create a 5 hp increase anywhere in my powerband, then what about just cruising down the highway at...

    Tubocharger, meets Venturi ???

My goal is to build a High street tired 12'sec car and get somewhere in the nieghborhood of 40 mpg. and don't doubt me the last project was a 86 GLH Dodge Omni. ran 13.4 all day long and averaged 35 mpg. oh yeah and the whole car was put together with junkyard parts for less than 1000 US...

    Exploded hidden line

Well I didn't quite figure out the Dxb deal yet, but I will. I did find out that exporting a WMF file will do just what I need it to. I messes around with the scale of the drawing just a little... but I'll take it. And yes I need the hidden lines, I am engraving an anodized Aluminuim plate...

    Exploded hidden line

That is kinda what I was afraid someone would say. Changing the LTscale seems to have no affect on the line in the MCL format. my current solution is a set of lines I use to "trace" over the existing hidden lines in the Customer drawing. It works but seems so elemetary to me...

    Exploded hidden line

Our software is able to take DWG's, DXF's .AI, .PCX, and a few other file types. We are currently using AutoCad 2000. The Laser System will only accept R14 formated DWG's it imports them and in the importation process reads polylines, lines, and hatching patterns. It will read a couple other...

    Exploded hidden line

I need to take a customer drawing and send it to our laser software and have it "plot" just as it appears in AutoCad. The problem is that our laser software won't recognize Hidden, Center, Dashed lines Ect. Is there a way to explode a center line so that it will appear as three lines...

    Hatching individually ?????

The only problem I have really found with that lisp program is island detection in o's and e's and r's and that kinda thing. as far as smaple drawings go it is pretty simple just a line of text exploded into polylines and hatched so that each character has its own hatch pattern. That lisp...

    Hatching individually ?????

Yes I need hatch objects And that lisp file seems to work pretty good. there is a couple things that would normally hatch pretty smooth that it didn't hatch but 90% is a great improvment. Is there anything I can do for you. That program made my life so easy Thanks

    Hatching individually ?????

WOW thanks that button did the trick. I wasn't aware how simple it was to build a button. now instead of all kinds of spacebar pounding I am just clicking away on the mouse. much much faster Thanks That leaves me with is the anyway to select everything and have several hatch objects...

    Hatching individually ?????

I am trying that button as we speak. Not a complete Cad programming type wiz. my useaga has been fairly limited, but I am on the downhill side of the learning curve now. I'll let ya'll know if I find a solution. Thanks and keep the ideas rolling

    Hatching individually ?????

OK I am not sure I understand you totally but I don't think I was perferctly clear either. The charaters, symbols and shapes I must hatch are always different. different font different logo ect. So... there would be no way for me to make any quick blocks to just insert. Our laser software...

    Hatching individually ?????

I use autocad files to import into our laser programming system and have to hatch letter and any designs individually. ie: a e i o u would require five separate hatch entities to burn the "best" on the part (heat concentration isssues) The best way I have now is "H&quot...
