    A co-worker asked me the origin of the term 'Cabtire' as it relates to flexible cord. I couldn't give him an answer and it peaked my intrest. Can anyone help? Thanks.

    I personaly use Omron, the unit is much cheaper and communications are easy. I have used AB as well. The main reason (IMHO) that AB is the defacto standard with so many plants etc. is the fact that Rockwell supplies material to the educators, therefore it is the system most are familiar with.

    We are looking at making a semi automated Hi-Pot test machine. The component we will be testing requires that 6 points be subjected to HV simultaneously. I need to split the single HV lead from the Hi-Pot test unit into 6 points in the test fixture. My question is who manufactures terminal...
