Well I'm guessing the plumbing codes. My spec book only requires us to perform testing on the "sewer main" per ASTM C 969. It doesn't cover lateral testing, and we have not been required in the past to test the laterals. Thanks again for the interest.

What is the NEC requirement for the depth of mud rings on outlet/switch box's? In other words, how far back from the face of the Gyp Board can the mud ring be?
