Thanks Jack. Both of those options are on. My speculation is that only color will be transferred onto a drawing from 3D, not linetypes and thicknesses.
Another question about View from 3d.
I have a model that contains only wireframe geometry. I can create a view from 3d which contains all the appropriate wireframe geometry, however I lose all of the graphic properties associated with each element.
Example, a curve in the 3d model is thick...
How can I change the grid display units to inches in DMU Sectioning? The grid steps units (for height and width) are in inches (which is good), but the actual grid display is in centimeters. I've looked through the tools -> opts but can't find the setting (if it is a setting issue).

Using V5R16. I've seen the Measure Thickness command available in R15 and R16, but only sometimes. Is there a shareable product or a license I need to grab for this command to appear? By default when I open CATIA, the measure thickness command is not available. Help!
