If someone asks material model to use in ABAQUS, what would be a good answer?
Assuming we have hyperelastic material, we have a bunch of models like mooney-rivlin or Ogden. How should we pick them and make sure we are right? I need to the procedure.

But with this method, I think we already know at which stress cracks initiate right? If yes, that's not what I want. I want a design direction at the onset of crack.

Regarding progressive damage and element deletion, how does that work in ABAQUS? Is there an option in ABAQUS?
How can I check if there is a crack in any component during a snap fit assembly. Actually, there is a snap fit holding two plates. The question here is if there is a crack after assembly! How check figure this out in ABAQUS! It's a displacement control process.

I'm new to ANSYS as I used to work with Abaqus. In ANSYS 2022, I don't see the extrusion tab!! Where can I find the extrusion tab? In previous versions I see it already in the tool bars.

How does FEM find shape functions? any numerical technique? And I want to see the shape function of an element in my model, how can I see it say in Abaqus?
