my question is ,why during RIH ( RUN IN hole ) cable PHASE TO PHASE measurements using fluke increase ,,while PHASE TO GROUND measurements using DC megger test decrease.
as an example PH-PH IS 3.1 ohm AT ZERO TUBING,,after 100 joints is 3.7...
