Can someone direct me to the API 650 design criteria for a 10'x8' hatch? The largest opening detailed in section 5.7 is 48"x48". A customer is looking for a reusable cleaning access, but I have never come across something of this size. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any special requirements to qualify a 304L SS tank as food grade? Cleaning methods, welding practices, special inspections? Any insite is appreciated!
I am working on a breech stack for an NQA-1 project, but we don't normally work with stacks like this and I am unfamiliar with the NDE requirements outlined within ASME STS-1. Will the NQA-1 procedures satisfy all testing needs, or should I plan on additional testing?
