I´m modeling a helical staircase with shell elements and, at some very specific points, using elastic analysis, I get quite high stresses.
Is there a way to perform plastic calculation so that it redistributes when a certain stress value is reached?

I have a dude with the way that Sap2000 analizes a structure that doesn´t have equilibrium.
If I modelize a simple beam with only restrains in one of both supports, the analisys does not return an error.

I´m working in model with a lot of frames and it´s uncomfortable to see all the frames at the same time.
It´s there any way to hide part of the total of elements?
I´ve tried usign "groups" but I don´t know how to hide them.

I'm trying to model a bow with a external tendon (post-tensioned) and I get strange results.
The tendon is modeled as an object, with a 10kN load.
I don´t know where is the error.
