    API 6A Flanged Gauge PSL1 to PSL3

    Hi all. If I purchase a flanged pressure gauge as a PSL1 and want to convert it in house to a PSL3 by NDE testing, is this possible? I am assuming that if I obtain all the necessary MTR's with the gauge then I can convert in house. Anyone? Thanks
