    Partition Arterial Geometry

    I a new to using Abaqus (previously a MSC.patran user). I am trying to mesh a complex geometry of a cuffed carotid artery (see attached figure). I understand I need to partition the geometry, but am unable to partition along the curved main axis of the tube. Any thoughts? [link ][/url]
