i have question on revised API-676 std datasheet.
As you know ,new std api-676 changed liquid properties section.
There are "Min",Normal" & "rated" condition.(see attached picture)
Min and normal condition is obvious.my question is about "rated" condition.
which condition shall be...

according to the Table 14 of API-610, the tolerance of the Power is +4.
there is a note b that state :
Under any combination of the above (cumulative tolerances are not acceptable)
would you mind help me to know about this note?

how we can judge the claim of manufacture about self-venting is true or not in the between bearing pump?
top-top nozzle arrangement can be self-vent ,but when? i saw the pump with TOP-TOP nozzle that is self-vent and other one that isn't.
what about side-side or inline pumps?
