In clause 5.1.4 of 25th edition, it is written that the bolting stress shall not exceed the 0.8 of SMYS at test condition.
What is exactly the test condition is ? Is it the rated pressure as per ASME B16.34 or the hydrostatic shell test pressure ?
As per API 6D 25th Edition, the design of the pressure balance hole, when equipped, shall have a ratio between the length of the hole
and the hole diameter of less than 10 (L/D < 10).
How / Why this ratio is provided ?

I am facing an issue with PEEK seated Trunnion ball valve. For high pressure test, we found it Ok but at pnuematic seat test at 80psi, we are unable to achieve tight shut off. We tried on spring force also by increasing or decreasing the force but was unsuccessful.

even i was trying to know how the fourth offset is been achieved.
i have also downloaded the video provided by the manufacturer.
but still the question remains for me.
